“The Princess Warrior”

The tender, merciful heart of a woman can not be tamed

Mess with her family, you’ll see the fierceness that remains

Inside she is a warrior, yet she will offer you her heart

From her mouth flows understanding and compassion, she is intelligent and smart

Make no mistake about it, her kindness and mercy do not make her weak

The “mom” face she will give when there are no words left to speak

Like a lioness protecting her Cubs, she is very brave

Her strength can be represented like the crashing of a wave

This is how God created her to be, his beautiful design

A heart so fragile and delicate, yet a warrior you will find

There is nothing she won’t do to protect her family, a fight greater than her own

Yet she will speak the truth in love, allowing her gentleness to be known

A princess in her heart, delicate through and through

She will protect her heart when she feels threatened it’s true

I’m learning to be the Princess Warrior God has created me to shine

If you can get to my heart, it’s beauty that you will find

It’s my hearts desire that all women would become free

I’m learning the way to do that is simply by being me
